Locksmith Hero were infact, just that, a Hero! Their/his service (Jacob) was astonishingly faster than I ever could've gotten through my own insurance provider. And that was just getting to my location. Once there, it was all of two seconds before I gained access to my keys, wallet, cell phone, and dog, which were all locked inside my running vehicle. I didn't have to hassle with lengthy forms for insurance reimbursement, that I was able to do from home. Great response time, great service! ~ Trisha G
Jacob was amazing! He said he would be there in 20 minutes and was there in 19. It took him about 2 minutes to get us back in our house when he got there. Very friendly, great service. Would recommend him!!! ~ Jake L
