Locksmith Hero were infact, just that, a Hero! Their/his service (Jacob) was astonishingly faster than I ever could've gotten through my own insurance provider. And that was just getting to my location. Once there, it was all of two seconds before I gained access to my keys, wallet, cell phone, and dog, which were all locked inside my running vehicle. I didn't have to hassle with lengthy forms for insurance reimbursement, that I was able to do from home. Great response time, great service!

Jacob was amazing! He said he would be there in 20 minutes and was there in 19. It took him about 2 minutes to get us back in our house when he got there. Very friendly, great service. Would recommend him!!!
